construction

These contractors have developed an understanding of the detailed designs external affairs deliver and build our projects to the highest standards. external affairs can introduce you to some of our recommended contractors that will tender your project.

design development

When the proposal is accepted Nicholas will then complete a site survey of the property and begin developing a 3D model of your home and landscape. Nicholas will present several conceptual 3D renders to you to before finalising plans.

permits/engineering

External affairs work in conjunction with some of the many excellent landscape contractors & pool builders. these contractors have developed an understanding of the designs and deliver the build to the highest standards. external affairs can introduce you to some of our recommended contractors that will tender your project.

master plan

Based on your feed back from the design developemnt stage, Nicholas will produce the master plans for your property. These plans include aspects applicable to your project, these inlcude but are not limited to scaled floor plans, planting schedule, materials palette, Pool plans, 3D renders, and elevations.

procurement

With his many years of experiance in the landscape and pool industry Nicholas can assist you or the contactors with sourcing and obtaining many aspects of your project.
